LOADING ZONES

 

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

 

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 160, of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the following locations are hereby designated as Loading Zones for the distances specified, during the hours specified:

 

 

WARD                     LOADING ZONES / STANDING ZONES:

 

27                     336 South Halsted Street; 15 Minute Loading Zone, 7am-6pm, Monday through

Friday [02021-4160]

 

29                     North Mason Avenue (west side), from a point 30 feet South of West Division Street to

a point 20 Feet South thereof; 30 Minute Standing Zone, Use Flashing lights 9am-9pm All Days [O2021-2457].21-04243666

 

29                     West Division Street (south side),from a point 57 Feet West of North Mason Avenue,

to a point, 30 feet West thereof;30 Minute Standing Zone, Use Flashing Lights 9AM-9PM, All Days [02021-2458] 21-04243683

 

 

 

 

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety, to which were referred ordinance(s) and/or order(s) to establish and/or amend Loading Zones / Standing Zones on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) and/or order(s) submitted herewith.

 

This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the Committee present, with no dissenting votes.
