QRDLN.AMQE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The 2022 Budget Recommendations shall be amended by appropriating the following program in Fund 9246 American Rescue Plan Investment, as demonstrated in the Appendix.

SECTION 2.  This ordinance shall take effect January 1, 2022.
