ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1: That Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all the Residential Planned Development No. 1427 symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 3-G in the area bounded by:

North Dayton Street; a line 33.66 feet south of and parallel to West Weed Street; the 16 foot public alley next east of and parallel to North Dayton Street; and a line 25 feet north of and parallel to West Blackhawk Street.

to the designation of C3-5.
