BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

 

SECTION 1. Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of Revenue is hereby authorized and directed to exempt the entity listed below from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities.

I am aware of and have no objection to the alley ingress/egress application for FMF Investments, LLC at 10111 South Western Avenue. The north-south public alley is bound by West 101st Street and West 102nd Street; between South Western Avenue and Claremont Avenue. This will give access to the parking area located behind the address.

 

An ordinance will be introduced to the Committee on Transportation and Public Way at the next City Council meeting on October 25, 2021. Below is the contact information for the applicant:
