ORDINANCE
JPMORGAN CHASE BANK,. NA (LINCOLN & WELLINGTON) Acct. No.: 88170 - 75 Permit No: BACP1595447
Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NA (LINCOLN & WELLINGTON) upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to construct, install, maintain and use eight (8) Awning without Lettering or Graphics(s) projecting over the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 2968 N LINCOLN AVE.
Said Awning without Lettering or Graphics(s) at 2968 N Lincoln Avenue measure(s):
Two (2) at nineteen point eight three (19.83) feet in length and three (3) feet in width for a total of one
hundred eighteen point nine eight (118.98) square feet.
Two (2) at twenty-seven point five (27.5) feet in length and three (3) feet in width for a total.of one hundred sixty-five (165) square feet.
One (1) at ten (10) feet in length and three (3) feet in width for a total of thirty (30) square feet.
Two (2) at seventeen point one seven (17.17) feet in length and three (3) feet in width for a total of one
hundred three point zero two (103.02) square feet.
One (1) at fourteen point one seven (14.17) feet in length and three (3) feet in width for a total of forty-two point five one (42.51) square feet.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City. Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Transportation (Division of Project Development).
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to, the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
The grantee shall pay to the City ot Chicago as compensation for the privilege #BACP 1595447 herein granted the sum pf four hundred six ($40,6.00) per annum in advance.
