BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1. Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of the Finance is hereby authorized and directed to exempt:

662 Wellington, LLC. 662-664 W. Wellington Avenue from the provisions requiring barriers as a

prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities.
