ORDINANCE

4425 N Magnolia Ave.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Seeds of Joy Enterprise, Chicago, Illinois 60613, from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities, in addition to allowance of a designated daycare zone parking spot in the rear ofthe building through alley entrance for 4425 N. Magnolia Avenue.
