TRAFFIC LANE - TOW ZONES

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

SECTION 1.  Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the following locations are hereby designated as Traffic Lane - Tow Zones, between the limits and during the times specified, standing or parking of any vehicle shall be considered a definite hazard to the normal movement of traffic:

 

WARD                     TOW ZONES:

3                     West 23rd Street (north and South), From South State Street to South Federal

Street; No Parking Tow Zone, 9:00pm-6:00am, All Days [02021-966]

3                     East Cermak Road (North and South) from South Wabash Avenue to South

Michigan Avenue; No Parking Tow Zone, 10:00pm-6:00am, Thursday through Sunday [02021-4103]

27                     South Loomis Street (west side) from West Monroe Street To a Point 200 feet North

thereof; No Parking Tow Zone, All Times, All Days, South Loomis Street (east side) from West Monroe Street to West Madison Street; No Parking expect vehicles displaying OEMC Parking Permit Tow Zone All Times, All Days [02021-4998]

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.
