BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to establish and/or amend 2% Disabled Parking Signs at the below listed locations:

WARD                     2% DISABLED PARKING SIGN:

15                     2745 West 44th Street, Reserved Disabled Permit 2%, Signs to be Posted at 2799 -

2743 West 44th Street [02021-5318]

47                     1902 West Irving Park Road, Signs to be Posted on North Wolcott Avenue, Reserved

Parking 2% Disabled [02021-5306]

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety, to which were referred proposed ordinance(s) and/or order(s) to establish and/or amend 2% Disabled Parking Signs on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) and/or order(s) submitted herewith.
