RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, We, the members of the Chicago City Council, wish to extend our congratulations and warmest birthday wishes to De Lazaro Gloria Melgoza in honor of her 75^th Birthday; and,

WHEREAS, on behalf ofthe entire 15^th Ward, Alderman Raymond Lopez would like to extend his personal tribute to De Lazaro Gloria Melgoza on the occasion of this momentous occasion as recognition for being a stellar Resident of the City of Chicago; and,

WHEREAS, De Lazaro Gloria Melgoza has been a member of our 15^th Ward Seniors community for the last ten years, a constituency we value and treasure for all they have given and taught us in their collective lifetime; therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED, that we, the Mayor and Members of the Chicago City Council, gathered here this 15th of December, 2021 A.D., do hereby congratulate De Lazaro Gloria Melgoza on the occasion of her birthday; and,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that we extend our warmest and heartfelt best wishes to De Lazaro Gloria Melgoza for her continued good health, happiness and success following this, her 75^th Birthday; and,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to De Lazaro Gloria Melgoza in honor of her 75^th Birthday as a token of our esteem and good wishes.
