AUTHORIZATION FOR EXEMPTION OF GETIR US, INC. FROM PHYSICAL BARRIER REQUIREMENT PERTAINING TO ALLEY ACCESSIBILITY FOR PARKING FACILITIES AT
4740 N.PULASKI ROAD
Be It Ordained by the City Council ofthe City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt GETIR US, INC. from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for 4740 North Pulaski Road.
