Committee on Pedestrian and the Public Way City Council Meeting December 15, 2021 Alderman Brendan Reilly, 42nd Ward Amend Residential Permit Parking Zone 1189

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That an ordinance amended by the City Council on July 21, 2021, page 33210 of the Journal of Proceedings of said date which reads, Ordered, That the Director of the Department of Revenue, Bureau of Parking Management, is hereby authorized and directed to cause the establishment of a residential permit parking zone, from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 A.M., all days (excluding areas currently covered by existing loading zone and no parking zones) on portions of the following public ways:, be and the same is hereby amended by inserting the following:

•   North side of West Erie Street, from North Sedgwick Street to the first alley east thereof

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
