ORDERED, That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to give consideration to the establishment of an industrial permit parking zone on West 42^nd Place (Ann W. Lurie Place)* on the south side of the street, from the first driveway west of 4237 West 42^nd Place (Ann W.
