Please.be advised that on January 26,2022 I will introduce an ordinance in the Chicago City Council to provide alley ingress and egress to parking facilities at 160 N.Elizabeth St. The ordinance, as drafted and approved by the council, authorizes alley access for the entire building. I am requesting for the appropriate license to be. issued due to pending passage to the publication.
