Pursuant to Section 33-19.1 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Shorewind Towers and Court, LLC of 2344 E. 70^th PI. from the provisions requiring barriersjas a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and/or egress to parking facilities for 2344 E. 70^th PL
