SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 9-64-090 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the following addresses are hereby included in the buffer zone for the adjacent permit parking zone listed immediately thereafter:

1858 North Spaulding (even side of the street) and 1835 -1859 North Spaulding (odd side of the street) are designated as a buffer zone for Residential Permit Parking Zone

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon passage and approval.
