BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. In accordance with Section 10-20-435 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Chicago 741 LLC of 180 Maiden Lane, Suite 1101, New York NY 10036, from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for 741N. Wells Street.
