ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO: SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the RT-4 Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District and Planned Development Number 1395 symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 10-E in the area bounded by
East 44th Street, South Cottage Grove Avenue, East 45th Street, and South Evans Avenue,
to those ofthe B3-2 Community Shopping District.
SECTION 2. Title 17 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is
hereby amended by changing all of the B3-2 Community Shopping District symbols and
indications as shown on Map No. 10-E in the area bounded by
East 44th Street, South Cottage Grove Avenue, East 45th Street, and South Evans Avenue,
to those of a Planned Development Number 1385, as amended, which is hereby established in the area described above and subject to such use and bulk regulations set forth in the Plan of Development attached hereto and to no others.


SECTION 3. This ordinance takes effect after its passage and due publication.
