BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:


SECTION 1. That Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the RS-3 Residential Single-Unit District symbols as shown on Map Number 11 -H in the area bounded by:
A line 292 feet north of and parallel to West Wilson Avenue; North Ashland Avenue; a line 242 feet north of and parallel to West Wilson Avenue; and thc alley next west of and parallel to North Ashland Avenue;
to those of an RT-4 Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse, and Multi-Unit District.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and due publication.
