BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1.   Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of Revenue is hereby authorized and directed to exempt 1618 - 1624 Grand LLC from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress from 1618 - 1622 West Grand Avenue.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect from and after its passage and approval.
