RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Marco D'Agostino has been called to eternal life by the wisdom of God at the age of 86 to his eternal reward; and
WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of his passing by the Honorable Patrick D. Thompson, Alderman of the 11th Ward; and
WHEREAS, Marco D'Agostino, cherished son of the late Concetta and Giuseppe D'Agostino of Auletta, Italy. Husband of the late Letizia Morrone of Pertoza, Italy. Dearly loved and wonderful companion of Deloris Gill. Brother of the late Vincenza (the late Ciro) Buccino of Rome, Italy. Devoted brother of Vince (Angela) and adored baby sister, Nicolina (Frank) Milito. Lovingly remembered by his nieces and nephews. Marco was born in Auletta, Compania, Italy and fully realized the American dream thru endless hard work; and
WHEREAS, His love of life and ability to live it to the fullest endeared Marco to his family members, friends and all who knew him, and enabled him to enrich their lives in ways they will never forget; now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members, of the City Council of the City of Chicago gathered here this twenty-six of January 2022, do hereby express our sorrow on the death of Marco D'Agostino and extend to his family and friends our deepest sympathy; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Marco D'Agostino.
