BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The City Council finds that the areas described in Section 2 of this ordinance are adversely affected by the over-concentration of businesses licensed tosell 'alcoholic liquor within and near the areas.

SECTION 2. Section 4-60-022 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-022 (35.84), which was previously deleted as shown in the Journal of Proceedings of January 27,2021 at page 26756, with the following underscored text:

4-60-022 (35,24) Qn North Milwaukee Avenue, from North Kimball Avenue to North Central Park Avenue.

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication.
