RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, We the members ofthe Chicago City Council, wish to extend our congratulations and birthday wishes to Michael Villa on his 80th birthday celebration; and,
WHEREAS, on behalf of the entire 23rd Ward, Alderman Silvana Tabares would like to extend a personal tribute to Michael Villa on this joyous occasion as recognition for being a remarkable resident of the City of Chicago, and,
WHEREAS, Michael Villa has been a member of the 23rd Ward Seniors community, a loving husband, great father and wonderful grandfather, We value and treasure all that he has given and taught us in his lifetime, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that we, the Mayor and members of the Chicago City Council, gather here this twenty sixth of January, 2022, do hereby congratulate Michael Villa on the occasion of his birthday; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that we extend our most heartfelt wishes to Michael Villa for his continued health, happiness and success following his 80th birthday; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to Michael Villa as a token of appreciation and blessed wishes.
