RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Florian Stanley Cetner has been called to eternal life by the wisdom of God to his eternal reward; and
WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of his passing by the Honorable Patrick D. Thompson, Alderman ofthe 11th Ward; and
WHEREAS, Florian Stanley Cetner born August 22, 1933. Beloved Husband of 50 years to Nancy (nee Fietko). Devoted Father to Scott (Caroline) and Kim (Fabian). Loving Grandfather to Sophia and Alexa and fond uncle to many many nieces and nephews. Son of Victoria Mroczek and Walter Cetner. Brother to Raymond (Mary), Dorothy (Matthew), Virginia (Herb), and Irene (Richard); and
WHEREAS, His love of life and ability to live it to the fullest endeared Florian to his family members, friends and all who knew him, and enabled him to enrich their lives in ways they will never forget; now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members ofthe City Council of the City of Chicago gathered here this twenty-third of February 2022, do hereby express our sorrow on the death of Florian Stanley Cetner and extend to his family and friends our deepest sympathy; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Florian Stanley Cetner.
