BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of Revenue is hereby authorized and directed to exempt:

Midwest Kitchen and Bath LLC Agent Edln Begic 5416 West Belmont Avenue

from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for premise(s) address.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and due publication. -sr.
