ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BYTHE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance, foe amended by changing all of the RT-4, Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District symbols and indications as

shown on Map No. 3-F in the area bound by:

a line 165.98 feet south of and parallel to West North Avenue; North Larrabee Street; West Blackhawk Street if extended west where no street exists; and the vacated West North Frontier Street,

to those of a POS-1, Parks and Open Space District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and publication.
