BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. In accordance with Section 10-20-435 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the

Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt

Pro Homes, Inc. of 7421 W. Archer Ave, Summit, IL 60501 from the

provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to

parking facilities for 1719 N. Burling.
