Pursuant to Sec. 2-120-825 of the Municipal Code, we are filing with your office, a transmittal for introduction to the Mayor and City Council during the February 23, 2022, City Council meeting, the recommendation of the Commission on Chicago Landmarks to approve the permit application for the demolition of a non-contributing building located at 843 N. Wolcott Street in the East Village Landmark District.

Recommendation of the Commission on Chicago Landmarks

It is hereby ordered by the City Council of the City of Chicago, in accordance with Section 2-120-825 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, that the recommendation of the Commission on Chicago Landmarks (the "Commission") for the approval of a permit application for demolition of the two-story, residential building (the "Building") located at 843 North Wolcott Avenue, a non-contributing building in the East Village District, is accepted.
