ORDERED, That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to give consideration to the establishment of a residential permit parking zone for 3900-4000 West Adams Street, on south side of the street only, from S. Springfield Avenue to S. Pulaski Road, Sunday thru Saturday, at all times.
