ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.  Section 17-9-0112 of the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, is hereby amended by adding the language underscored, as follows:

17-10-0102-A Landmarks.

2. No additional off-street parking or loading spaces are required for rehabilitation or reuse of an existing "contributing building" within an official Chicago Landmark district: unless such rehabilitation or reuse results in the addition of more than two dwelling units.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage and.approval.
