Block, Officer Charles McClay, Officer David A. Brown, Officer Maudessie Jointer, Lieutenant Teresa Williams and Antoine Watkins, cited as 2019 L 9027 (refile of 2015 L 7478) (Cir. Ct. of Cook Cty., Law Division) (J. Flanagan).
Amount: $1,400,000
Having had the same under advisement, begs leave to report and recommend that your Honorable Body pass the proposed settlement.
