SECTION 1. Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to exempt:

3914 N Lincoln LLC, of 4529 N. Ravenswood Ave, Chicago, IL 60640, from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities at 3914 N. Lincoln Avenue.
