SUBSTITUTE ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 2-80-040 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, which allows for erection of honorary street designations, the Commissioner ofthe Chicago Department of Transportation shall take the necessary action for the Standardization of Newgard Avenue between Devon Avenue and Arthur Avenue as "Honorary Steve Cunneen Way."
