SUBSTITUTE ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all of the B3-2, Community Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 4-J in the area bound by:

a line 200 feet north ofand parallel to West 19^th Street; South Kedzie Avenue; a line 175 feet north ofand parallel to West 19^th Street; and the alley next west of and parallel to South Kedzie Avenue,

to those of a B2-1, Neighborhood Mixed-Use District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and publication.
