East 92"d Street; South Burley Avenue; the second alley next south of and parallel to East 92nd Street; .the alley next west of arid parallel to. South Burley Avenue; the alley next south of and parallel to East 92nd Street; and a line 177.50 feet west of arid, parallel to South Burley Avenue
