The certifications, disclosures, and acknowledgments contained in this EDS will become part ofany contract or other agreement between the Applicant and the City in connection with the Matter, whether procurement. City assistance, or other City action, and are matenal inducements to the City's execution ofany contract or taking other action with respect to the Matter. The Disclosing Party understands that it must comply with all statutes, ordinances, and regulations on which this EDS is based.
The City's Governmental Ethics Ordinance, MCC Chapter 2-156, imposes certain duties and obligations on persons or entities seeking City contracts, work, business, or transactions.
