Your Committee on Finance having had under consideration a proposed order authorizing the Corporation Counsel to enter into and execute a Settlement Order for the following case:

Dennis Burris, individually and on behalf ofthe Estate of Jack Burris v. City of Chicago, and Officer Adan Ramirez, Individually, cited as 2017 L 5863 (Cir. Ct. of Cook Cty., Law Division) (J.Wojkowski).

Amount: $450,000
