BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1. Pursuantto Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt 4453 N Hazel Street, Chicago, Illinois 60640,from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress.
