BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

SECTION 1. Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to exempt:

3443 Ashland Land Owner LLC, located at 3441-59 N Ashland Avenue, from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities.
