SECTION 1.                     That an ordinance previously passed at the February 26, 2021, City

Council meeting and published on page 27779 ofthe Journal of the Proceedings for that date, be amended by removing the stricken language, as follows:

SECTION 2.                     This ordinance shall be in effect upon passage and approval.
