BE IT ORDERED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO;
SECTION 1: Pursuant of Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Hi-Speed Auto Service & Racing, Inc., (Sebastian Salgado) from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit Alley Ingress and Egress to the parking facility for 6039 South Oak Park Avenue, Chicago, Illinois.
SECTION 2: This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
