BE IT ORDERED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO;

SECTION 1: Pursuant of Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt A-OK Auto Body, Inc., (Ricardo Alcantara) from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit Alley Ingress and Egress to the parking facility for 5805 South Archer Avenue, Chicago, Illinois,
