ORDERED, That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to give consideration to the establishment of a residential permit parking zone on the    5100 block of South St. Louis Avenue, on the east side of the street, from 5115 to 5157 South St. Louis Avenue, at all times, and on all days.
