ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all of the Ml-1, Limited Manufacturing/Business Park District, symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 10-K in the area bound by:

West 44^th Street; the right-of-way ofthe The Belt Rail Road; a line 342.65 feet south of and parallel to West 44^th Street; and, South Knox Avenue

to those of a RS-2, Residential, Single-Unit (Detached House) District.
