AUTHORIZATION FOR EXEMPTION OF W.T. OKI MOTORS, INC., D.B.A. CITY SCOOTERS FROM PHYSICAL BARRIER REQUIREMENT PERTAINING TO ALLEY ACCESSIBILITY FOR PARKING FACILITIES AT 6320 N MILWAUKEE AVENUE

Be It Ordained by the City Council ofthe City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt W.T. Oki Motors, INC., D.B.A. City Scooters from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for 6320 N Milwaukee Avenue.
