ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all of the RT-4, Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit Districts symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 4-J in the area bound by.

a line 50 feet south of and parallel to West 16^th Street; South Sawyer Avenue; a line 75 feet south of and parallel to West 16^th Street and the alley next east of and parallel to South Sawyer Avenue,

to those of a B2-1, Neighborhood Mixed-Use District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and publication.
