ESTABLISHMENT OF LIMITATION OF PARKING PRIVILEGES

Be It Ordained by the City Council ofthe City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 040 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the following is a proposed ordinance to establish a prohibition for the parking of vehicles at the designated location, during the designated day ofthe week and hours of the day in which the parking of vehicles is prohibited due to Street Cleaning, as indicated below:

South State Street (east side), from East 26^th Street to East 43^rd Street No Parking Street Cleaning Thursday 7:00 am to 9:00 am Tow Zone

Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force hereinafter its passage and publication.
