SUBSTITUTE ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.  Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is

hereby amended by changing all of the RM5 Residential Multi-Unit District, B3-3 Community

 

Shopping District and C2-3 Motor Vehicle-Related Commercial District symbols and indications

 

as shown on Map No. 12-E in the area bounded by:

 

A line 249 feet north of and parallel to the north line of East 51st Street; South Prairie Avenue; East 51st Street; a line 93.30 feet west of and parallel to the west line of South Prairie Avenue; a line 99 feet north of and parallel to the north line of East 51st Street; the public alley next west of and parallel to South Prairie Avenue,

 

to those of a B2-3 Neighborhood Mixed-Use District.
