SECTION 1. Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to exempt:

GXSR, LLC - 4323 N. Paulina Series, of 3228 S Wood St, Chicago IL 60608, from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities at 4323 N Paulina Avenue.
