SECTION 1. Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to exempt:


3601 N Ravenswood LLC of 3401 N California, Chicago, IL 60618, from the

provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities at 3605 N. Ravenswood Avenue.


SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
